Oh, now I see. The 'Anthro' category is not a subcategory of 'Digital Art', but a main category in itself! I'll keep that in mind.

Anyway, these are anthro dear face attempt things. Especially R1. That's so totally deer-like.

I'd not drawn anthros at all before yesterday, so I'm still trying to get used to it! And clearly I have a long way to go yet!
Rather than just copying the styles of other artists, I'm trying to develop one of my own by looking at deer faces and seeing what stands out to me...

None of these attempts stand out to me more than the rest, and they all seem creepy in their own ways! But maybe if I keep doing this over and over and over and over and over again, I'll end up with something that I'm satisfied with!1

I want to use deer anthros in a project I've come up with, so this feels sort of important...

Although I haven't commented before, I have been following all these sketchbook deviations! It's interesting to see all these pages and seeing you experiment with new things like anthros and deer. It's good that you feel like you get something out of it too, or something!

I'd be curious what sort of project it is... :o

Why, I'm obviously planning to make some kind of sordid furry porn comic in secret for cash. Everyone's doing it.

Either that, or this project is something I probably shouldn't talk about until I actually decide whether or not to go through with it! Maybe I could mention it in the beta tester section at some point though...

She's pretty. I've always always found furries (Anthros of animals), to have unique qualities not found in other forms of art. Then again, that can be said for any art, but still.
