First of all, sorry about neglecting messages and such here lately! I've been rather distracted with a new site that I made and recently released, which is called Soultome!

It's actually been coming along surprisingly nicely so far! It's still very new, and quiet, but already it's managed to attract a few people I feel are on a similar wavelength to me, which has made me happier and given me hope.

I know I already talked about it the other day, and posted a forum thread too, but I felt quickly and deeply embarrassed about the whole thing when the thread was instantly (and I think unfairly) locked and... ugh, not pleasant. I felt like the site might actually have been a complete waste of time, and I was ready to give it up.

I'm glad that I didn't do something drastic like that in a moment of despair, though, because so far it does seem like it could grow into a nice place where sensitive, introverted people, who've struggled to ever find somewhere they feel they belong, or where they'll be surrounded by other, similar gentle minds, can, well, find such a place! Yes!

I think I'll leave this journal on my page for a while, so then visitors might see it and be intrigued!

If you are indeed a sensitive introvert, struggling to find your place in this harsh world, then perhaps you might find it amongst like minds here:

PLEASE NOTE: I write about what's on my mind in these journals a lot, but it's largely to vent and to find people who can relate to what I say, to hear understanding and to know I'm not alone, rather than for people to try and *solve my problems* through advice or criticism or anything like that.
I really appreciate comments, but please keep this in mind! Thank you for reading!

Maybe I would have joined a year ago, but I'm gradually finding people and blogs that are "on the same wavelength" as me, as you elegantly and poetically put it.

Plus, I'm a member on Fig Hunter, and that is a big no-no.

I wish you the best of luck, though! It sounds like it is working out great so far.
And please don't let the locking of the thread get you down; I'm sure that you'll find some way for promoting your website that doesn't use the forums!
